Gift Cards are instantly delivered to your Wallet, accessible on the website and app for quick redemption anytime. Features include barcode for scanning (where applicable), balance checks, downloading, gifting, archiving, and sharing card details. The Wallet displays the most recently purchased Gift Cards first, with easy filtering through a drop-down menu. Click "View Details" for the relevant redemption information for online and in-store use:
Relevant redemption information includes:
Check Balance: The retailer page will open for you to complete steps to check your Gift Card balance.
Download: Link to data provided by the retailer including the Gift CardPDF download, web link to the Gift Card and redeem details, plus for some Gift Cards, access to live balance or check balance URL link.
Archive: once fully redeemed, selecting this sendsGift Card to your archived section.
Gifting: use our customisable Gifting templates to send Gift Cards to family and friends. See Gifting in “How it Works” main menu.
Share: send the Gift Card direct from your mobile phone via SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, messenger, etc

Step by step instructions
Gift card redemption
1. Login and open Wallet.
2. Select your Gift Card form the drop-down menu.
3. Click “View Details” to open the Gift Card redemption data and links.
4. Scan or enter barcode number and PIN as required by retailer.
- Instore: scan barcode or enter Gift Card number, then enter PIN
- Online: enter Gift Card number and where applicable enter PIN
- Upload: copy Gift Card number to paste into retailer account (i.e. amazon, Apple, Binge, eBay, Kayo Sports, Kogan)
Check Balance:
Step by Step Instructions
1. Login and open the Wallet.
2. Search for your Gift Card form the drop-down menu.
3. Select “View Details” to open the Gift Card redemption data and links.
4. Select “Check Balance” and you will be redirected to the retailer site/Gift Card provider to continue the process. For Swap Cards or eVouchers, you will stay within the Bartons Rewards/We Make a Difference App/Website.
Download:
Step by Step Instructions
1. Login and open your Wallet.
2. Search for your Gift Card form the drop-down menu or by scrolling your wallet.
3. Select “View Details” to open the Gift Card redemption data and links.
4. Select “Download” to open data provided by the retailer including the Gift Card PDF download / print, web link to the Gift Card and redemption details.
Archiving:
Step by Step Instructions
1. Login and open the Wallet.
2. Search for your Gift Card form the drop-down menu.
3. Select “View Details” to open the Gift Card redemption data and links.
4. Select “Archive” to send the Gift Card to archive for storage.
5. To unarchive a Gift Card (if archived by mistake for example), selected the archive tab, select “View Details” on the relevant Gift Card and Select Unarchive. It will go back to your Gift Cards tab.
