Wildginger Kiama restaurant with wine and cocktail bar is the second venue created by chef Kierrin McKnight. Inspired by cultural recipes from Southeast Asia, after working for iconic Sailors Thai Sydney (David Thompson), Wildginger offers a chance to taste the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and salty flavours. The menu is designed to be interesting for the whole table, offering banquets intended to share. Long-time crowd-pleasers include the ‘Crispy pork belly on betel leaf’, ‘3-Hour braised beef cheeks’ and ‘Steamed perch with Penang Malaysian red curry’. Open for dinner Wednesdays to Saturdays 5pm – 10pm, bookings recommended, walk-ins welcome.
Redeeming customers within the venue will be required to produce proof of identification at the time of redeeming the Gift Card. If the redeeming customer is unable to provide identification the venue may elect to not accept the Gift Card as payment until the redeeming customer is able to do so.
