Wallet and Gift card Redemption

All Gift cards are delivered instantly to your Wallet, accessible from both the website and mobile app for quick and easy Gift card redemption, anywhere any time.

Key functionality includes, barcode scan and PIN, check balance links and Vault to access your retailer loyalty cards.

The Wallet displays all your purchased Gift cards with the most recent purchase listed first, and filtering is quick and easy with the drop-down menu listing all the Gift cards in your Wallet.

To redeem simply click the “View Details” button and all the relevant data is presented for online and instore redemption.

• Check Balance: The retailer page will open for you to complete any manual steps to check your Gift card balance. Instructions specific to each individual Gift card will open in a pop-up window to guide you through the process. We have automated as much of this process as possible based on the security requirements of each Gift card and the retailers terms of use.
• Download: Link to data provided by the retailer including the Gift card pdf download, web link to the Gift card and redeem details, plus for some Gift cards access to live balance or check balance URL link.
• Archive: once fully redeemed send Gift card to archive.
• Gifting: use our customisable Gifting templates to send Gift cards to family and friends.
• Share: send the Gift card direct from your mobile phone via SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, messenger, etc

Step by step instructions

Gift card redemption
1. Login and open Wallet
2. Select your Gift card form the drop-down menu
3. Click “View Details” to open the Gift card redemption data and links.
4. Scan or enter barcode number and PIN as required by retailer.

• Instore: scan barcode or enter Gift card number, then enter PIN
• Online: enter Gift card number and where applicable enter PIN
• Upload: copy Gift card number to paste into retailer account (ie amazon, Apple, Binge, eBay, Kayo Sports, Kogan)

Check Gift card balance
1. Login and open the Wallet
2. Search for your Gift card form the drop-down menu.
3. Select “View Details” to open theGift card redemption data and links.
4. Select “Check Balance” and a pop up window will provide instructions on the process to check the Gift card balance. We have automated as much of this process as possible, but several Gift cards require manual input to complete the process, due to retailer security protocols and terms of use.

Download a Gift card
1. Login and open the Wallet
2. Search for your Gift card form the drop-down menu
3. Select “View Details” to open the Gift card redemption data and links.
4. Select “Download“ to open data provided by the retailer including the Gift card pdf download, web link to the Gift card and redeem details

Archive fully redeemed Gift card
1. Login and open the Wallet
2. Search for your Gift card form the drop-down menu
3. Select “View Details” to open the Gift card redemption data and links.
4. Select “Archive“ to send the Gift card to archive for storage.

Send the Gift card as a gift from the Wallet
1. Login and open the Wallet
2. Search for your Gift card form the drop-down menu
3. Select “View Details” to open Gift card redemption data and links.
4. Select “eGift“ to open the Gifting module to send to the recipient using our customised email templates
5. Select Gifting template
6. Enter the following information.

• name: to customise the email template.
• email address: to send the Gift card
• mobile phone number: send them as SMS message to alert them of the Gift and to check junk mail.
• Add a personalised message.
• Upload an image, photo or graphic to further customise the Gift.

7. Send now or select a specific date
8. Preview the Gift card email
9. Send (or schedule send) the Gift card.

Scan Loyalty Card and redeem Gift card
1. Login and open the Wallet
2. Search for your Gift card form the drop-down menu.
3. Select “View Details” to open the Gift card redemption data and links.
4. Select “Loyalty Card Link” to open your retailer loyalty card previously loaded into the Vault.
5. Scan Loyalty Card and close window.
6. Scan or enter barcode number and PIN as required by retailer.
